We also included a slide of a trophy shelf filled with awards they have won. We segmented the services into three categories – pre-development, new home marketing, and new home sales and leasing – to make it even easier to understand and target customer needs. A robust case study section was available for prospects who wanted a deeper dive.

Summary: The black and white imagery, accented by red, created an immediate edgy feel to this site, which appealed to its target audience—the urban renter.
