Mariner’s Pointe

Advertising Type: Sales Office
Client: Atkins Companies 

Summary:  Fronting Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey’s largest lake, and surrounded by six acres of preserved woodlands, Mariner’s Pointe offered the perfect vacation lifestyle. We played this up in the sales office design, with vibrant blues and a light, airy feel. We reminded potential homeowners that “Life is Better at the Lake” with vinyl lettering above the French doors which offer an incredible lakefront view.

365 Ocean

Advertising Type: Sales Office
Client: Mark Built Homes 

Summary:  The spectacular ocean view was the inspiration for the sales office for these luxury beachfront condominiums. We chose a palette of serene blues with a focal wall that echoed the wave pattern in the logo. An interactive touch screen used as the main sales tool is strategically positioned above the trophy shelf, underscoring the developer’s award-winning history.

Knollac Acres

Client: K. Hovananian Homes, Delaware 

Summary:  Located just minutes from downtown Milford and a short drive to the Delaware beaches and Dover, this community of quaint single family homes appealed to move-up buyers seeking a first or second home. The sales environment was designed to showcase the plethora of family-friendly fun in the area, including horseback riding, boating, the beach, playgrounds and even regional seafood favorites.

Four Seasons at Belle Terre

Client: K. Hovnanian Homes, Delaware

Summary:  We greeted prospective homebuyers with a “Welcome Home” design that showcased the many resort-style amenities at this active adult community in Lewes, DE. Images of scenic surroundings highlighted the region’s beauty. The soft colors of the walls and floors were designed to shift the focus to vibrant images.

 

Four Seasons at Baymont Farms

Client: K. Hovnanian Homes, Delaware 

Summary:  The endless amenities and resort lifestyle are the focus of this active adult community, which prospective homebuyers could see at a glance when they entered this sales office. The wooded setting, depicted in black-and-white, was the backdrop for an array of colorful images that included golf, biking, tennis and kayaking. We pulled out the purple from the logo for a wall highlight, and used soft blue throughout to create a relaxing feel.

Chestnut Ridge

Summary: The green fern in Fernmoor was the inspiration for our sales office at Chestnut Ridge. We accented the space with green, from awnings to featured walls to furnishings and displays. Because this community attracted families with young children, we dedicated a green space specifically to them.

Fox Ridge

Client: Lennar New Jersey
Summary: Lennar asked us to freshen up the outdated décor at Fox Ridge’s two model homes. We changed paint colors, bedding, accessories and artwork, taking inspiration from a piece or two in the room. In the Kitatinny, we pulled out the blue, while in the Rancocas we highlighted with an orange found in nature’s palette.

Greenbriar Falls

Summary: The sales office for this Active Adult community welcomed prospective buyers with photos that depicted people their age having fun. Real wood was used throughout to give the community a high-end look and feel. Lower profile chairs were used to offer a more comfortable choice for seating.

Coventry Park

Summary: We incorporated touch screen TVs for a tech-savvy buyer in a brightly colored display. Comfortable living room seating provided a perfect view. Photos of potential residents echoed the target demographic. A quiet corner mimicked the type of space buyers might find in the homes.

River Walk

Summary: We set up the sales office to welcome a younger multi-cultural buyer, which was the demographic for River Walk. We featured diverse photos that looked like our buyer. We incorporated technology in the displays, and we used hi top chairs for seating.

Greenbriar Stonebridge

Advertising Type: Environment
Client: Lennar New Jersey
Summary: Lennar asked us to revitalize its decorated models, which were tired and dated. We gave the neutral Stanford model a pop of color, by pulling out the oranges and reds from a piece of art in the room. In the bedroom, we balanced the green with a complimentary navy.
