The company wanted to provide marketing support to its extensive base of distributors and retailers. We created this comprehensive sales kit with samples of ads and marketing materials that could be ordered from the corporate office.

Summary: As the chemical company that creates color pigmentation for cosmetic companies, BSI was all about exact matches. Because color is so critical to their sales process, we printed precise color chips and glued them into this brochure, which BSI used as a sales tool. This way, their clients could see an accurate depiction of the color selections.

Canal Pointe

With condominiums, townhomes and single family homes, Canal Pointe appeals to both young families and age-targeted buyers. The brochure set the stage with stunning photography and emotional copy. Relax… Rediscover… Rejuvenate… Refresh…in the area’s most exciting new neighborhood.

Summary: By creating 48 residences within a 4-star hotel, Trammell Crow was able to offer an exclusive lifestyle where homeowners could enjoy all the benefits of hotel living and the comforts of home. This was luxury living at its best, and included room service, maid service, wake up calls, etc. We used the phrase, the Suite Life, to underscore how sweet it would be to live at the Heldrich.

Essex Park

Summary: Essex Park’s suburban setting so close to Manhattan inspired this unique approach. On the left pages, we showcased the suburban appeal, such as backyard cookouts. On the right, we juxtaposed it with the city’s offerings, as in world-class cooks. This underscored Essex Park’s unique appeal for suburban living close to the city.

Summary: Lifestyle is at the center of Plantation Lakes, Lennar’s resort community in Millsboro, Delaware. We made it a central theme in this brochure by inviting prospects to plan their day around the spectacular amenities at Plantation Lakes. What will you do today? You can do everything—or simply relax and do nothing at all.

Greenbriar Falls

Summary: At $900,000, the homes at Greenbriar Falls are at the high end for most buyers, and particularly for Active Adults 55+. We used this as a selling point, positioning the community as “for those who appreciate the finest.” In the brochure, we used a high-end approach designed to evoke emotion. The community’s unique selling point – its proximity to the Jersey shore – was highlighted in the beautiful shore photography featured throughout.

Summary: To expand their Builder Partner program, Tarkett wanted a sales tool that explained their various offerings in an easy-to-read format. These included price sheets, displays, merchandising support, etc. The Tarkett sales team used this brochure to increase business with their residential builder clients.

Westside Station

Summary: As part of the redevelopment of the west side of Jersey City, Westside Station was located just 800 feet from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Station. It was a perfect fit for young professionals seeking to live close to Manhattan where they work and play, but to take advantage of New Jersey’s value-added pricing. In developing the logo and colors, we pulled inspiration from Manhattan’s most popular martini bars and social gathering spots. Then, we invited prospects to “Live It Up” on the Westside, to appeal to the socially motivated young professional likely to live here.

Brookland at Lakepointe

Summary: Lake Hopatcong is a popular vacation spot for New York and north Jersey residents, with water sports in the summer and close to ski resorts for winter activity. We invited them to invest in a luxury condominium at Brookland at Lakepointe, located near Lake Hopatcong, right where they already liked to vacation.
